The Journey me to accomplish the purpose of my journey. Gen 24:12 (TLB)

“Do not detain me, … the LORD has granted success to my journey. Send me on my way so I may go to my [M]aster.” (Gen 24:56) niv

Anchored and moored; sails rolled, tight and secure, masts bare and stark, they nearly go unnoticed. They do little more than bob to and fro; safely protected from what they fear and cannot see on the invisible horizon. Comfortable, they each pull the thick foggy covers over their head and settle for less than they should. They leave no wake, for there is No experience. No lessons. No life.

Making Memories it reads. Indeed. The risk taker. They untether from strong pilings that limit range and ability; lines of doubt and insecurity are tossed; faith is exercised; they venture out, unconfined, into the foggy horizon to pursue fulfillment of the heart, a vision, or even an unknown. A slow, hesitant beginning, their engine runs, nearly on idle, nevertheless, the journey begins. The willingness for movement creates fleece-like reflections and the waters dance. They lead. They leave a gentle wake. Ahead of them is experiences, lessons, life, joy, success. Making memories, indeed!

This blog is for you. A safe place to accept the challenge and joy of your journey, visit often. Untether; take the risk to grow, to author self-reflections, to venture out in contemplative thought, to find new inspirations. As travel goes, it is always good to remember, “…true wisdom is not a simple matter. Listen!”  (Job 11:6)

This is my journey; to recognize the Truth that surrounds me, and, with Divine grace, record and publish these remarkable Displays of Splendor.

Blessings ~ Kathleen
